Abstract
ABSTRACT First Person is a series of interviews with the first authors of a selection of papers published in Journal of Cell Science, helping early-career researchers promote themselves alongside their papers. Yu-Chien Chuang is first author on ‘ Dynamic configurations of meiotic DNA-break hotspot determinant proteins’, published in JCS. Yu-Chien is a postdoctorial fellow in the lab of Gerald R. Smith at Basic Science Division, Fred Hutchinson Research Center, Seattle, USA, investigating the regulation mechanism of meiosis crossover interference.
