Abstract

ABSTRACT First Person is a series of interviews with the first authors of a selection of papers published in Journal of Cell Science, helping researchers promote themselves alongside their papers. Sarah Barger is first author on ‘ Nuclear envelope assembly relies on CHMP-7 in the absence of BAF–LEM-mediated hole closure’, published in JCS. Sarah is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the lab of Shirin Bahmanyar at Yale University, USA, investigating the role of nuclear envelope proteins in cancer initiation and progression.
