Abstract
First branchial cleft anomaly is an uncommon clinical problem that can be difficult to diagnosis and treacherous to treal. This article presents a case of first branchial cleft fistula, type II. The woman had recurrent drainage from a pore under the left ear for many years. Small opening was also found in the left ear canal. After surgical removal she has currently been one and a half years without recurrence. The classification, embryology and treatment of this anomaly are also reveiwed.
