Abstract

Fire is one of the major disasters that endanger public safety and threatens the survival and development of human beings. There are many fire safety hazards in large modern buildings because of the dense staff and complex structure. The simulation of indoor and outdoor fire scenes in large buildings has important guiding significance and reference value for emergency rescue and evacuation in fires. In this paper, based on GIS technology, 3D modeling technology, and fire numerical simulation technology, the fire scene simulation model research are carried out. We select a large-scale building as the research object, establish fire environment modeling method and fire scene numerical simulation model, and improve the computational efficiency of fire numerical simulation by proposing a sub-regional variable-scale meshing method.
