Abstract

This paper considers the finite-time synchronization of fractional-order neural networks with time-varying delays. Based on the properties of fractional-order calculus and Lyapunov direct method for fractional-order systems, sufficient criteria for realizing the finite-time synchronization of fractional-order neural networks with time-varying delays is given. The results are also applicable to the fractional-order neural networks without time delay and integer-order neural networks. Finally, two numerical examples are given to verify the validity of the results.
