Abstract

Using current algebra and Bjorken-Johnson-Low techniques we exhibit the finiteness of second-order radiative corrections to strangeness-changing and strangeness-preserving semileptonic weak processes in the context of an ${\mathrm{SU}(2)}_{L}\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}\mathrm{U}(1)$ gauge model (with the hadronic extension as suggested by Glashow, Iliopoulos, and Maiani) with strong interactions accounted for to all orders.
