Abstract

We obtain the finite-temperature renormalization group improved coupling constant in QCD at the one-loop level. The behaviour of the coupling constant with respect to temperature and momenta is found to differ depending on which vertex is chosen to define the coupling constant. Further it appears to depend on the choice of subtraction point for momenta.
