Abstract
According to the analysis of the application of grooves on the inner surface of the conical charge cover in JET warhead, when the charging structure of the conical charge cover and the caliber of the charge cover are determined, Ansys LS-DYNA explicit finite element analysis software was used to study the JET fracture time, JET granulation and JET distribution caused by the groove depth and groove spacing of the inside surface of the charge cover of five groups. On this basis, parallel group experiments were conducted to analyze the data structure of the five groups. The influence law of groove structure on jet after effect on the inner surface of conical drug cover was obtained. It was found that when groove depth was 0.1mm, the effect on jet after effect was good, while the effect on jet after effect was poor when groove depth was 0.2mm. Reducing groove spacing on the inner surface would optimize jet fracture.
