Abstract

With the acceleration of power construction, the span adopted by transmission lines has increased, and its vibration under the action of breeze is more serious, which puts forward higher requirements for the design of aeolian vibration prevention of transmission lines. In order to solve the problem that the current energy balance method is difficult to meet the needs of high-voltage engineering construction. Starting with the three key powers of energy balance method: wind energy input power, self damping power of transmission line and power consumed by vibration damper, this paper improves the traditional aeolian vibration analysis method, and uses the modified vibration equation of transmission line vibration damper system to select FR3 vibration damper as the calculation model case. The dynamic bending strain with or without damper in different span ranges of 200~800m is calculated by numerical simulation. The results show that the installation of FR-3 damper has a good effect on preventing aeolian vibration of transmission lines with different spans. The maximum flying frequency of vibration is 15Hz~30Hz, and the maximum dynamic bending strain is 20με, The simulation results can guide the practical application of anti vibration hammer in aeolian vibration line.
