Abstract
Based on the creep characteristic of soft rock and the M-K creep model a numerical model of the creep characteristic of soft rock was developed. This paper execute numerical simulation on the stability of the roadway excavation and support, taking a rectangle roadway that built on the soft rock section as a engineering example, and the displacements and stresses of the roadway in excavation process without support with frame support and with anchorage support are analyzed. The simulation results show that the excavation deformation of soft rock roadway is large and the anchorage support is more effective than frame support in the control of the surrounding rock deformation.
