Abstract

In order to verify the rationality of the structural design scheme of the battery thermal management unit for a new energy vehicle, this paper uses SolidWorks to establish the geometric model of the device, and conducts harmonic response analysis of the unit according to the vibration test requirements specified in the standard for automotive air conditioners, and obtains the modal frequencies, modal shapes, and structural stress distribution of the unit. The results show that under the specified load, the stress of each part of the structure does not exceed the material yield strength, and the structure as a whole meets the design requirements, achieving the purpose of verification.
