Abstract

Based on finite element numerical simulation method with infinite element boundary, this article explored the damage identification of concrete reinforcement drilled pile under the effect of earthquake force, which is related to a realistic construction case in HangZhou. In order to investigate the seismic dynamic responses of concrete drilled pile in realistic construction environment, this article analyzed the pile-soil contact, pile damages and bending moment’s responses during a rare occurrence earthquake in soft soil foundation. In addition, this article analyzed a high-efficiency numerical method to simulate the damage of concrete and rebar as result of earthquake, which gives a new solution for seismic performance simulation or test of various types of piles, especially for seismic design of pile foundation.
