Abstract

Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) is the most common cyanotic congenital heart disease. Pregnancy in patients with congenital cyanotic heart disease (corrected and uncorrected ) presents with challenges to anesthesiologist.We report the anesthetic management for cesarean section in a patient of corrected case of TOF.Patient with Fallot’s tetralogywith significant RVOTO infundibulurvalvular, L-R shunt underwent intracardiac repair withsubannular patch at the age of 3 years.
