Financial Support of the Healthcare Development in the Conditions of Digitalization

Abstract

In the research, modern models of the health care financing are studied, and features and drivers of their digitalization are determined. The state funding system is based on budget guarantees for medical care and institutional regulation. The private market financing model operates under the conditions of the market of medical services and insurance, private financing and regulation of business processes. The socially-oriented model of the health care financing combines compulsory health insurance with a state guarantee of the level of medical services. The aim of the study is to substantiate the directions of improving the system of financial support for digital development of health care. The author proposes to use digititalization drivers for each model, which will optimize information and financial flows.
