Abstract

In this study, it is intended to investigate the effect of the financial services on the economic performance of the countries. Main focus is to integrate the number of bank branches and automated teller machines (ATMs) with macroeconomic indicators, a non-parametric approach is applied to the data set obtained from WorldBank and two different data envelopment analysis (DEA) model are solved for finding the most efficient countries in this specific context.In this study, it is intended to investigate the effect of the financial services on the economic performance of the countries.
