According to relevant laws and regulations, the budget, expenditure and various economic indicators must be supervised in combination with financial plans, make management more scientific and efficient, mobilize the enthusiasm of various parties and ensure the correct business direction. Strengthen the financial management of the marine economic forecast management department, formulate scientific evaluation indicators, regularly check financial data, establish a sound internal financial management system, form a system and mechanism suitable for the financial accounting and management of the marine management department and standardize the marine economic forecast management behavior of the marine management department. And by improving the cost awareness of the marine management department, strengthening the cost control of all aspects of operation and management and optimizing human resources, it can reduce inefficient labor, improve the quality of service and promote the healthy development of the marine management department.
