Abstract

The rapid development of China's economy has increased the number of listed companies. Some listed companies use accounting information to carry out targeted financial fraud. This behavior distorts the financial information of listed companies, seriously misleads investors' investment judgments, endangers the vital interests of investors, and undermines the fairness of the trading market. This article takes Luckin Coffee as the research object, and conducts a case study on its financial fraud.
