Abstract

The article analyzes the financial reforms of Peter I, taking into account all existing institutions of Financial Law in this era: tax, budget, financial control and issue. Money circulation closely related to finance and law is highlighted. Attention is drawn to the birth of legal science, including the science of Financial Law, during the reign of Peter I.
