Final Report iDSI Country Learning Review: South Africa

Abstract

This Desk Review of International Decision Support Initiative’s (iDSI’s) work in South Africa is intended to supplement the deep dive Country Learning Reviews that Itad has undertaken in China and Indonesia. In contrast to the Country Learning Reviews, it is not intended to provide a robust ‘contribution story’ of iDSI’s contribution to components of the theory of change (ToC). Rather, the purpose of the review is to construct a narrative about iDSI’s work in South Africa, in order to build a picture of iDSI’s history, timeline and trajectory in the country.
