Teachers in kindergarten through high school classrooms display teaching at its best, with energy, creativity and commitment. In one video, gifted speaker and teacher Guy Doud shares his moving and witty teacher lore. Bill Moyers interviews Sara Lawrence Lightfoot and Mike Rose, educators and authors, who reveal thoughtful insights that relate to all teachers. Another video examines television, a powerful teacher of children, through an eye-opening account of the history of children's television programming. The last video recognizes four unique schools as outstanding teachers—schools created by teams of teachers, administrators, students and parents.
