<p>Figure S2-S3. Figure S2. Oxaliplatin concentration-response graphs for HCT116, SW480-ADH and SW1417 cells. Cells were treated with 0, 10, 25, 50, 100 and 150 μM oxaliplatin and viability rates were evaluated by the MTT assay. Mean {plus minus} standard deviation of at least three independent experiments is represented. Figure S3. Viability quantified by MTT assay was assessed in HCT116 after treatment with different concentrations of (A) β-cryptoxanthin, (B) oxaliplatin and, (C) with four different combined regimens. Combination Index (CI) values for each combined treatment are shown and were calculated using the Calcusyn software (Biosof). CI values between 0.3-0.7 indicate synergism. Mean {plus minus} standard deviation of at least three independent experiments is represented.</p>
