Abstract
Field-ion images of ordered Ni3Mo alloy have been successfully obtained and their computer simulation has been made. General features of the images and the regional changes in image brightness are described. The addition of Ne to He imaging gas improved the visibility of dark regions. Double ring images for some planes have been shown clearly. They agree with the simulated images.
