Abstract
Depolarisation current behaviour of polyvinylidene flouride (PVF 2) films has been studied as a function of the poling field (2.0 × 10 4 – 2.0 × 10 5 V/cm), above room temperature. A possible mechanism is given in terms of migration of charge carriers and their subsequent trapping.
