Abstract
In this paper, we have studied the field and atomic dipole squeezing in the two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model when it is restricted to the following initial condition: the field in the thermal state and the atom in a coherent state. The relationship between the field and atomic dipole squeezing has also been discussed in detail.
