Abstract
A case report is presented of a 14-year-old boy who developed a fibrosarcoma in the right middle cranial fossa. Craniotomy revealed an inoperable malignancy which was subsequently treated with large doses of radiation resulting in neurological improvement for a period of 15 months. He subsequently developed a metastatic pulmonary and spinal canal tumor which was treated with palliative doses of radiation resulting in considerable clinical improvement.
