Abstract

Fibers have evolved beyond normal fabrics and textiles. In a recent issue of <i>Nature</i>, He et al. demonstrated the fabrication of high-performance, low-cost fiber lithium-ion batteries that can be woven into safe and washable textiles to power various consumer electronics and wearable devices.
