Abstract

The Cauchy problem for the Dirac equation for a particle in the presence of an external electromagnetic field in 3+1 space-time dimensions is considered. The potential of the external field is supposed to be an analytic function of the first order of growth. The local solution in the generalized sense is constructed in the form of rigorously defined Feynman path integral in phase space.
