Abstract
With the new accelerator techniques of phase space cooling it became possible to do experiments with high quality beams on internal targets and on external targets after superslow extraction. Three cooler rings are working or under construction in Bloomington, Uppsala and Jülich which will make possible a new generation of few body experiments in the medium energy range.
