Abstract

Objective To explore fever causes analysis for patients with percutaneous ultrasonic nephrolithotomy and to summarize corresponding nursing measures.Methods A total of 32 inpatients with renal calculus were treated by percutaneous ultrasonic ephrolithotomy,and fever causes were analyzed.Results Fever was common complication of petcutaneous ultrasonic nephrolithotomy,the occurrence rate was 18.75%.The major causes of fever were caused by:incomplete control of preoperative infection or latent infection,surgery for a long time,big damage range,increased renal pelvic pressure etc..Conclusions Control of preoperative infection,operative lasting time and surgical injury reduction,drainage tube unobstructed and use of sensitive antibiotics all can effectively prevent and control infection.Keeping abreast of the reasons causing fever and targeted care can help reduce complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
