Abstract

The dependences of the permittivity and electrical resistivity on the temperature and the frequency of the clock signal in electrochemical cells fabricated from a two-phase composite of the PbSe + PbSeO3 system in the form of pressed pellets have been investigated by impedance spectroscopy. It has been shown that the composites under investigation in the temperature range above the phase transition temperature obey the Curie-Weiss law. The Curie constant has been estimated and the phase transition temperature (the Curie temperature) has been determined from the temperature dependence of the inverse permittivity.
