Abstract

We have studied Fermi surface properties of LaRhIn 5 and CeTIn 5 (T: Co, Rh and Ir) via the de Haas–van Alphen (dHvA) experiment. These Fermi surfaces are nearly cylindrical, reflecting the unique tetragonal crystal structure. The cyclotron mass or the γ value is found to be strongly field-dependent in CeCoIn 5 . We have also carried out the dHvA experiment under pressure for CeRhIn 5 .
