Abstract
A 52 year old intravenous drug user developed a mycotic right common femoral artery (CFA) pseudoaneurysm measuring 3.1 × 2.7 cm while suffering from staphylococcus bacteraemia, infective endocarditis, bilateral empyema, and pneumothoraces.
