Abstract
目的 片状核酸内切酶1(FEN1)基因是与DNA复制和修复有关的基因.有关FEN1在食管鳞癌中的研究至今未见报道.本研究检测FEN1在食管鳞癌中的表达状态,希望揭示FEN1与食管鳞癌之间的可能关系.方法 运用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测FEN1在62例食管鳞癌和癌旁上皮中的表达状态;探讨FEN1的变化与临床和病理参数的关系.结果 36例(58%)癌组织显示FEN1表达上调;23例(37%)癌旁上皮FEN1表达上调;FEN1在食管鳞癌组织和癌旁上皮组织中的表达状态差异有统计学意义.不同分期、分级、淋巴结转移、性别和年龄FEN1表达状态差异无统计学意义.结论 FEN1可能是一个参与食管鳞癌发生发展的一个有价值的分子标志物。
