Abstract
Time-domain coherent light scattering techniques such as time-resolved coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (TRCARS) have provided important information on dynamics of molecular vibrations and rotations [1]. Many vibrational dephasing in liquids and solids are observed by TRCARS technique. Beating phenomena caused by neighboring rovibrational levels are sometimes observed. A number of theoretical studies have also been devoted to these fields.
