Abstract

Femoral aplasi hypoplasia and unusual facies syndrome is associated with some facial characteristics consist of short nose with broadened tip elongated philtrum thin upper lip and micrognathia and also malformations of all organ systems predominant in musculoskeletal cardiovascular and genitourinary systems A strong relationship of the syndrome with maternal diabetes is established in literature A case of femoral aplasia hypoplasia and unusual facies syndrome characterized by left femoral aplasia unusual facies left cryptorchidism and left hydronephrosis in a 2 month old boy is reported Key words: Femoral Aplasia Unusual Facies Syndrome
