Abstract
Objective To survey the female sexual psychology and function after the ligation of fallopian tubes.Methods 98 cases undergoing trans.abdominal tubal ligation were selected from April,2011 to March,2013 from our hospital as study objects,then their sexual psychology and function were investigated.Corresponding health education and psychological counseling were given to the study objects.The changes of the female sexual psychology and function before and after the intervention were compared.Results After the tubal ligation,most female got anxiety,depression,etc and psychological disorder in sexual life.After the psychological intervention,the SAS score decreased from (53.86 ± 7.69) to (42.03 ± 6,23),SDS score from (55.24 ± 8.18) to (43.52 ± 6.53),and the sexual satisfaction increased from 77.55％ to 96.94％,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conlusions Tubal ligation can cause female psychological disorders and affect female sexual life satisfaction.Perioperation health education and psychological counseling can improve the sexual psychology and function.
