Abstract

There are very few experimental systems including an animal model suitable to explore the molecular mechanisms underlying the in vivo implantation processes and the pathogenesis of endometrium-derived diseases. To overcome this limitation, we have attempted to develop a novel efficient gene transduction technique for mouse female reproductive tract using microbubble-enhanced ultrasound (sonoporation).
