Abstract

The Biden administration last week announced an award of $206 million in grants designed to expand access to community‐ and school‐based mental health services for youths. Coinciding with the Sept. 25 funding announcement, the state of Virginia received confirmation that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved its proposed expansion of Medicaid funding availability for school‐based health services in the state.
