October 01 2019 Fecund CityScapes: Ephemeral Structures for the Athens Olympics 2004 Lydia Kallipoliti, Lydia Kallipoliti Lydia Kallipoliti is a practicing architect and a PhD Candidate at Princeton University, focusing on the theory' and practice of technology and material culure, She holds a Diploma in Architecture and Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and a SMArchS from MIT. She has worked as a project architect for Athens Olympics Research grants and for dECOi architects/MIT Digital Design Group. Her design work, in collaboration with Alexandros Tsamis, has received awards in international architectural competitions and has been extensively published and exhibited in venues, which include the Bienal Miami+Beach, the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), the Byzantine Museum of Athens and the Greek Biennalle.
