Abstract

本研究以鐵鉻矽硼非晶合金粉末做為研究目標,應用鈍化方式在粉末表面形成鈍化膜增加其電阻,讓粉末保有良好的軟磁性質。並利用鎳鋅鐵氧體的高電阻特性,微量添加於鐵鉻矽硼非晶合金粉末,以降低非晶合金在高頻率時的鐵損。並研究添加不同黏結劑以及不同形成壓力對電磁特性之影響。 以X光繞射儀 (XRD) 及掃描式電子顯微鏡 (SEM) 鑑定試片之微觀結構。以振動樣品磁力儀 (VSM) 量測試片的飽和磁化強度 (Bm) 及矯頑磁力 (Hc)。並測量測試片在不同頻率及電流下之初導磁率以及品質因子的變化情況。 藉由硝酸鈍化液濃度0.5N鈍化時間為120分鐘在非晶合金粉末表面形成鈍化膜,有效使品質因子15.9提升至30.5,但也因此始初始導磁率由8下降至4.9。利用退火500℃、30分鐘使非晶合金粉末能夠微量析出晶粒,品質因子可高達 60.05、初始導磁率有17.62。並且在鐵氧磁粉添加量為20 wt%時,在1 MHz可高達20.5、品質因子61.2;在2 MHz時的品質因子56.1比未添加時品質因子50.6高。降低了環狀試片在較高頻率時的磁損,又保有在低頻率時的磁損,讓品質因子都能提升。
