Abstract
The article explores the experience of adaptation the industrial architecture in the tourist institutions for young people and stylistic features of loft by examples of youth hostels USA. Showing the problem of the architecture formation the tourist founding by the adaptation of industrial buildings and facilities into the youth hostels in Ukraine, providing efficient land use, and maintenance of historical buildings.
