Abstract

The entry of companies into foreign markets is associated with certain difficulties, including those related to the peculiarities of the external environment of the country of entry. Using the advantages of the external environment and leveling the shortcomings, companies have the opportunity to internationalize their activities with maximum profit and fewer costs and risks. Samsung is setting a successful example of the development in the Vietnamese market, where the external environment is generally favorable for foreign companies.
