Abstract

The paper describes the features of creating bicomponent structures by the method of selective laser ablation of thin-film coatings. The technology allows for rapid prototyping of elements with a various geometric configurations for the tasks of optoplasmonics, photonics, optoelectronics. An example of micro- and nanoscale elements topology formation is shown. The possibilities of improving the quality of formed structures geometry by modifying the hardware and software of experimental setup are described.
