Abstract

The article analyzes the features of the organization of work and management in the prosecutor's office in some foreign countries. In particular, attention is paid to the American, European and African structure of the prosecutor's office, on the basis of the analysis of which the main approaches to the organization of the prosecutor's office in foreign countries as a whole are highlighted.
