Abstract
The article is devoted to the search for possible improvement of the implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to apply to state and municipal authorities using digital technologies and means. The separate provisions of the legislation regulating the procedure and form of citizens’ appeals to public authorities were considered. Proposals have been formulated to amend the legislation, taking into account the development of information and communication technologies.
