Abstract
The article is devoted to the current problems of the development of dairy production enterprises in Ukraine during the war. An overview of the agricultural market of Ukraine was conducted to understand the opportunities and threats of further development. Peculiarities of the operation of the dairy industry in Ukraine during the martial law were studied on the example of the company "Halichyna" LLC. The analyzed dynamics of the company's activity showed an increase in absolute indicators and a decrease in relative indicators of profitability and turnover, which indicates the slowdown of some processes during the martial law. It has been established that despite all the negative external factors influencing the activities of enterprises under martial law, the economy is gradually developing. On the example of "Galichyna" LLC, it can be argued that the dairy industry has adapted to the existing market transformations and adheres to the strategy of diversification of logistics flows and flexible organizational mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted effective activity and development in the conditions of martial law. Thus, the socio-economically effective activity of domestic producers contributes to Ukraine's food security and forms a promising favorable climate for the progressive development of the country's agriculture.
