Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis of the legal status of customs broker under the applicable rules of customs legislation of Ukraine. A comparative analysis of legal regulations of customs codes 1991 and 2002 with the norms of the Code of 2012 year is done. The rights, obligations and legal liability basis of a customs broker are higlighted.
