Abstract

The article presents the issue of emotional burnout among military personnel who are in combat operations. Features of psychological support of military and professional activities of servicemen with a high level of emotional burnout are described. Psychological support of servicemen includes: psychological counseling, psychotherapeutic assistance, educational activities, psychological trainings, among servicemen who have experienced psychological trauma and stress and professional provision of advisory assistance, diagnosis of servicemen with a high level of emotional burnout, provision of recommendations on evacuation from the extreme (combat) zone conditions In the system of ensuring the activities of the psychological service among military personnel, along with the organizational and legal direction, methodical support, in particular the introduction of various psychological technologies, primarily psychological ones that allow solving professional tasks, is of great importance. According to the tasks of psychological counseling, several psychoregulatory programs are distinguished: an educational program, where self-regulation methods are taught, a targeted program focused on the relief of neuropsychological tension, fatigue, the search for the body's resource capabilities, a general health program aimed at normalizing the condition and improving the health of the body. The effective performance of combat tasks is represented not only by professional training and physical capabilities of an individual, but also by his ability to show responsibility, independence, self-control, flexibility, the ability to make independent decisions and constructively interact with other members of the military team under the influence of stress factors and the implementation of professional tasks.
