Abstract

The article points out that self-determination is closely related to the opportunities of self-fulfillment, self-develop- ment, the sense of self-confidence, and the effectiveness of students’ activities at the university. The personal and professional self-determination of students is considered as a derivative of the process of their university socializa- tion. The author reveals the main features of the professional and personal process of formation of future specialists in the process of professional studies at Lugansk State Pedagogical University.
