Abstract
Introduction. The rapid development of technological innovations and accessible technologies result serious restructuring of the work organization. The emergence of robotics, microelectronics, smartphones, computers, artificial intelligence and other technologies indicate a prompt digital transformation. This factors significantly affect labor market and the specifics of building a career. Organizations are trying to train specialists online in digitalization conditions, focus on the development of competencies with the use of IT. Methodology. The review of scientific literature and expert opinions, general scientific methods of systematization, generalization and analysis were used in the work. Results. With the increasing adoption of technology and the proliferation of Internet platforms, career opportunities for staff are becoming increasingly available. Conclusions. It can be concluded that the involvement of digitalization into society life may lead a person to the quick development of own capabilities and application them in the process of building and developing a career.
